Updated Photo from the same patient.  First one is after 1 session.  Next set is after 3 sessions (edited). What is Revlite Laser Toning or Skin Rejuvenation? Revlite is a Q-Switched Nd:Yag laser with 1064 nm or 532 nm wavelength that uses non-invasive light energy to gently stimulate skin’s natural collagen. Collagen is the glue that holds the body together. We would literally fall apart without collagen. Collagen in the skin breaks down as we age resulting in wrinkles, fine lines and sagging skin. Furthermore, years of sun exposure and other environmental factors result in pigmentation (like freckles, melasma and sun spots), redness, and enlarged pore size.   Revlite is the best way to treat these skin problems and is indeed proven to minimize pores, treat unwanted pigmentation, rejuvenate the skin, and enhance collagen regeneration and is often called as “Laser Facial”. Basically, Revlite Laser stimulates collagen production which reduces fine lines and wrinkles, lessens or improves pore size, evens out skin tone, removes skin pigmentation and regenerates the skin. Revlite laser can also improve acne scarring and skin texture.   How does Revlite work?   Revlite laser does not affect the outermost layers of the skin and instead passes safely through the upper layers to stimulate collagen beneath the skin. Revlite Laser delivers results with no downtime, which is why patients are more inclined to avail this treatment over other ablative lasers.   5 to 10 treatments of Revlite Laser are normally recommended for maximum results at intervals of 2-4 weeks between treatments. After desired results are achieved, maintenance touch up sessions is recommended especially for treatments of melasma.   Who is Suitable for Revlite Laser Treatment? Patients with concerns in tattoos, pore size, skin pigments, skin texture and laxity will benefit from this procedure. Revlite is the gold standard for pigmented lesions which includes melasma and freckles. It is also being used for axillary pigmentation or any similar indication and laser facial to replace the monthly facials to remove blackheads, whiteheads and the like.   Revlite laser treatment can be used to rejuvenate the skin on the face, chest neck, hands and body. Patients of all skin types including tanned and darker skin tones, can be treated with Revlite. Read the contraindication in the consent form.   What is the Procedure for Revlite Laser Treatment?   Patients will be asked to read and sign a consent form after consultation before going through the treatment. The area of concern with be cleansed and patient will be provided with a protective eyewear. Revlite Laser treatment is fairly comfortable, but those who have low pain tolerance may request for local anesthesia or any pain medication.   Revlite laser treatment averages 15 to 30 minutes or until the skin turns slightly red.   What is the downtime? Initially, a mild erythema or redness is to be expected in the treated area. This usually goes away immediately after the treatment depending on the settings used. Patients may resume with normal activities except for heavy work out and use of tretinoin or other products that makes the skin sensitive to light. A post treatment...

From the word “Fractional” and “Pixel”, the laser light passes through the patented Pixel® micro optics lens array to penetrate the skin with tiny thermal channels.   The Fractional CO2 Effect ü  It creates an ablative and thermal effect in only these channels – a micro-injury – without disturbing the surrounding tissue. ü  These micro-injury sites (about 15-20 percent of the treatment area) start the process of healing. ü  The intact, undamaged skin around the treatment site is what promotes quicker healing for a faster recovery.   Fractional CO2 Skin Resurfacing treatments have been widely used nowadays since unlike topical creams, laser skin resurfacing works deep in the underlying tissues reduce the appearance of acne scarring. This popular and long accepted technology has normally been ablative; meaning that some portion of the top layer of skin is deliberately damaged. Some people, however, wish to avoid all ablative procedures but with Pixel Perfect skin resurfacing, you’ll achieve dramatic results similar to traditional CO2 while minimizing long-term discomfort and the risk of complications. Pixel Fractional CO2 Laser significantly improves the tone and texture of skin in one treatment with minimal downtime and faster healing – patients usually return to normal activities within three to seven days. Pixel Fractional CO2 Laser has a lower risk of complications compared to traditional CO2 laser resurfacing with a short learning curve. The Pristine Diamond Microdermabrasion (aka Diamond Peel)

A diamond peel treatment is a form of microdermabrasion, a popular non-surgical cosmetic procedure that resurfaces the skin to give it back its healthy, youthful glow. Diamond peel treatments are a gentler microdermabrasion treatment that is designed to remove fine lines and wrinkles. A diamond peel treatment is a non-surgical and non-invasive procedure in which the skin is exfoliated to remove dead skin cells and other skin impurities using actual diamond chips to vacuum the skin away. In order to do this, the top layer of skin is removed in order to rejuvenate the skin. The epidermal cell structure is actually restored, increasing the skin’s elasticity and collagen levels.

During a Diamond Peel, a skilled professional gently runs a hand-held device with a diamond tipped wand over the skin. A steady layer of diamond dust is applied to the skin and then vacuumed away, exfoliating away dead skin cells and removing fine lines and wrinkles. Probe tips of varying sizes are used to get into the tighter areas, such as around the eyes, nose, and mouth. Probes of different coarseness are also used on spots of the face where the skin is more sensitive. Each treatment should take about 20 minutes, but may take longer depending on the special needs of your skin. For instance, if you are getting treatment for deep stretch marks or another specific skin condition, the procedure will take longer because they require more thorough, focused work. Immediately following treatment, your skin will look slightly pink and rosy, but should not be irritated or red. Even after the first treatment, you will see visible results. Age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, freckles, and stretch marks will be less noticeable, or may disappear completely. The results of each treatment will not be lost, but instead will gradually improve with each treatment you have. For long-term results, you will need to schedule regular maintenance appointments to ensure that the effects of your peel are not lost.
